I asked my doctor about this last week because I had a migraine and she said it was safe to take the recommended dosage (2 pills) of extra strength.
She said it's just not something you should do everyday.

I took 2 x-tra strength throughout both my pregnancies. I needed them - even though they didn't help - because I was prone to Migraines.
