Today's the day - UPDATE IN ORIGINAL POST!!! :-)
I feel like this mini-countdown has taken FOREVER!!! It's been almost 9 weeks since we've gotten to see our LO and I don't know how we've done it! But today is our Level 2 and we'll be leaving in an hour for the OB's and should be back with knowledge of our baby's gender!
This feels like such a huge step in this pregnancy! That, coupled with the fact that I'll be halfway through on Friday, makes this all feel so real and exciting! DH and I have been counting down for this day for so long now! It was hard waiting, but completely worth the wait. So many dreams!!!! 
Can't wait to let you all know!
***UPDATE***
I'm proud to announce, we are members of team...

We have to go back in a few weeks for a follow-up sono with a perinatologist because they saw a small white spot on HER heart but the doctor says he sees those maybe 4-5 times a month and has not ONCE had a baby born with an abnormality. He even thinks the spot will clear up before the next sono, but they do it just in case. Doc said not to worry, so we're not worried at all (although I knew something was "wrong" when they said we'd have to wait to see the doctor this morning). The technical term for what they say was an "intracardiac echogenic focus" which basically means... white spot lol. I said to the doctor "does this mean I get to have another free sono?" and he smiled and said "yup" and I said "ok, then!"
We already have her name picked out and everything. My family is so excited! My brother said "I KNEW IT!" -- glad to hear all the m/s was "accurate" as far as predicting girl. lol

SO EXCITED FOR YOU GUYS!!! Level II day for DH and I was seriously the best day of our lives. Staring at Lil bean for almost an hour finding out that he is a lil man, seeing my husband eyes light up when they saw his pickly hahahha it was seriosuly so amazing! have fun !!!!

LOL not really. We've both been pretty amazed by the whole process and unsure what to expect at every turn. I think we're going to be surprised no matter what we find out today!

Thanks!!!! I hope ours is a little longer than the last ultrasound we had! Our NT ultrasound was only about 10 minutes long!!! I told DH it should be a little longer this time.
I don't have any OJ in the house to bring along... just some cranberry juice but nothing to carry it in. I think I'm going to just go without a backup plan. DH said I can just jump up and down if the baby is in the wrong position lol.

I had 3 white spots found and went to get a fetal echo last week and everything was fine! Like you said I was happy to have another sono!!

Thank you for sharing this! I've been reading up on it and many studies say there's little correlation to any genetic abnormalities at birth, so I'm just going to keep being happy and not worry. Glad to hear all was fine! How many weeks were you between your first sono and the second where they were clear?
