Gerty, I am so sorry for your loss and all that you and Dan are going through. I can only hope that although nothing will be able to fill that hole in your heart, maybe one day you will be comforted by the fact that baby Rogan was incredibly loved and touched the lives of so many people that he didn't even meet!
Ever since I have read about Baby Rogan, I am more aware of each breath I take, I tell those close to me how much I love them, I am more appreciative of everything I am blessed with. I do not want to take anything for granted ever again.
Rogan is an inspiration to us all to appreciate every single second we have. In his short time with you, Rogan was probably more loved than some people are in an entire lifetime.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

I am so, so very sorry to hear about your little angel, Rogan. We were all pulling for you and I really thought an Easter miracle would be upon us. My heart aches for the pain that you and your family must be feeling during this extremely difficult time. Although we have never met we feel as if we know you and both Kevin and I were terribly upset when we heard the devastating news. Our deepest sympathies go out to you and Dan, may the love the two of you share for your son bring you closer together and strengthen your marital bond. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with you.

You have been in my thoughts. My dd was in nicu and everday was tortorous but I can't even imagine the pain and hearbreak you, dh and your family are going through right now. I pray that in the midst of this very painful and confusing time there is strength and comfort. You are such a strong person I'm so sorry for your loss! Words can't even give you my deepest sympathy over your loss of baby Rogan!
