Time you take your OPK
Why do they say you should take your OPK at the same time everyday? Why cant I take it at 2PM one day and 6PM the other day? Just curious.

I'm not sure but when I tested I did it first thing in the morning when I woke up every day.

Because for some people the surge is only detectable for a shorter timeframe. That is why some sites even recommend testing twice a day.
Just say that you normally test at
2, and your surge starts that evening. By the next day at 2, you may be catching the tail end of the surge, if you wait until 6, the test may no longer be positive.
ETA: I don't think waiting until 6 would be a huge deal, but it may make a difference if you normally test at 2 and then test at like 10 pm the next day.

that was my assumption as well... some people have a long surge some people have a shorter surge...
