I actually prefer BBB - I often find BRU too chaotic and crowded and messy - but I do buy a lot for BRU.
It depends on what I want - some things are cheaper at BBB and some are cheaper at BRU - The car seats we looked at for example were the same price - and I could use my 20% coupon. They don't have the same selection of other things - I find that BBB carries the more expensive brands and higher costing patterns of things. So I have learned to get some things at BRU and others at BBB.

and if you dont have a competitors ad for price matching they call a bru and ask them the price. other stores dont call to check the price they go by ads.

See, I guess I am in the minority here...I would pay the extra money at BBB. BRU is so dirty and unorganized. It's worth the extra money for a nice shopping experience, IMO.

I've found BBB to be cheaper on some items and their sales help and service is much better IMO. I feel like I am totally on my own in BRU.

I defnitely love BBB return policy. I have walked in there with stuff that may or may not have been from there and as long as they carry it, they will give you store credit, no questions asked.
