Not sure if the amnio decision was made, but I opted at for both pregnancies (last one at age 35).
Maybe see how the initial testing goes before opting for the amnio. If something came back on the transnuchal test, then I was going to opt for it.
It's definitely a personal decision....either way  only the best results for you!
