I believe yesterday was O day so today is 1DPO

I am right there with you! According to MMC I am 2DPO although I never really saw any EWCM and I thought I had some last night so I really have no idea! I am going to try my hardest not to go crazy.

here's a question....(don't you all love when i start a reply like that???  )
I got my positive OPK yesterday and have INSANE cramps today. Do i consider today O day (i'm TRYING to do a 4 hour hold this afternoon, but i'm not sure if i'll make it)? Or do i consider tomorrow o day?

It really could be either. Some people O the day after the +OPK, some people O the day following that.
I would always err on the side of caution and count the later day just so that you won't be tempted to test too early. But if you really think you are Oing today, you could count it.
It's your choice!
