Thank you to everyone...
I just wanted to start out by saying thank you for letting me be a neruotic anxious freak. I will be lurking im sure to read the happy stories to put a smile on my face but unfornately dh and I lost our baby today. I cant stop crying and blame myself. Even though its not my fault i just feel i should have protected my self better. Thank you again and good luck to everyone i will continue to pray for you all.

no no no there is NOTHING you did wrong. Do NOT blame yourself. I did too though, it's only natural. But please understnad that you did nothing wrong!!!
I am so very sorry. Please try to smile and believe that one day soon you will get pg again and you'll go on to have a healthy beautiful baby!!!

Don't blame yourself honey...
That's the first step. Just realize it wasn't meant to be, if you had kept it, could it have been healthy? Could it have survived anyway? Maybe this is the best, it knew it wasn't time yet. Your body and your baby know what they're doing. Have some faith the next time will be right. Nothing you could have done could change that.
You be strong and remember you can still have a baby and know that forever you will always appreciate your child and remember this loss as a learning and growing time.
But you're not at fault.

Please don't put any blame on yourself. I know it doesn't help to hear this - but this has happened to MANY of it -through no fault of our own. It seems there have been several losses lately and I hope everyone that is going through this knows they are not alone and it's not their fault.

Don't blame yourself. It's nothing you did or didnt do. No one knows why these things happen. Do let yourself grieve. a loss is a loss no matter when it is.

Please don't blame yourself...3 out of 4 first pregnancies result in miscarriage in the first trimester. This is why so many people don't say anything until they are past 12 weeks.
I am so sorry for your loss - but please do not blame yourself, there is nothing you could have done to prevent it.

This whole situation is so incredibly sad....
Our bodies know better than our minds do.... obviously something was wrong. It's unfortunately very very common.... Human reproduction is far from perfect, and the problems are nothing anyone can prevent.... the cells simply didn't divide correctly. So please don't think of things that could have been done differently and try to blame yourself somehow.

there are lots of really nice and supportive women at that site who have mourned similar horrible experiences, and now have a positive outlook.... many are either pregnant again, or TTC'ing.
