Temping and changing time zones
Does anyone know how to handle is I'm temping this month because I can't take not knowing what's going on with my body. Here's the problem dh and I are going away mid cycle. How do I account for the change I. Time zones when I take my temp since it will def be at a different time for the duration of the trip

Temping and changing time zones
OMG Great question! I'm going away next month to California and didn't even think about this! I would assume you just take your temp the same time you usually do. It will probably be off the first morning. I'm hoping it's going to be a time in my cycle where I won't need to temp (AF or after O) because I'm going with my dad and my sister and we'll be sharing a suite and they don't know I'm TTCing and they'll probably wonder what the hell I'm doing taking my temp each morning!

Lol yeah that would be fun to explain I looked it up on fertility friend and they someone there said just do it when you wake up the first and maybe second day may be off but after that you should still see the pattern. I should be o'Ing towards the end of the trip so I should be fine by then
