Re: Fighting at changing time.
DS2 went through a phase of fighting me at changing time, but it passed pretty quickly.

DD is in this phase now. She has super strong legs, which she kicks like crazy! She does it for excitement because she smiles and laughs sometimes but other times, it's because she doesn't want her diaper changed and she starts to whine.

Re: Fighting at changing time.
DS does this all of the time- he is almost 10 months old. This started about 2 months ago. He always tries to roll over now that he can crawl- he loves to move around be on his belly!
He also hates getting undressed and dressed for some reason. Try to give a toy to distract- that works a lot.

Re: Fighting at changing time.
DS started doing this around 9 months, and it still comes and goes at 11 months, though he doesn't fight us nearly as much. He does fight other people though--his babysitter has a terrible time changing him!
He liked holding his hairbrush for some reason, so we gave him that to distract him. Goofy noises (fart noises, funny animal noises) worked too. He didn't care for his toys--he usually threw those on the floor. Though sometimes we still just had to hold him down and get the diaper on as best we could.
