Surprise gift from my friend
I can't believe I forgot to post about this on here! I mentioned an idea to one of my dear friends in the beginning of my pregnancy. Basically, I wanted my friends and family to fill out "prediction sheets" of what my LO would be like in the future...everything from what her name is (since it's top secret), birth weight/length all the way to future profession! Then, I'll put all of the sheets in a binder and present it to my LO when she's older. Her great grandparents are still alive, so I thought it would be so cool for her to look back and see what people "predicted" for her future. My friend told me that she wanted to make the sheets for the baby shower, even though I really wasn't expecting anything extravagant. Well...guess what I got in the mail the other day?
A bound book of predictions! 
She took a picture of each person/couple at my shower, and listed their predictions and future advice that they have for my LO.
I was SHOCKED! It was the sweetest thing ever, and the predictions/advice in the book are just priceless. One really funny one that DH and I were cracking up about was a guess from DH's grandma that our LO will be 12" at birth  . Yeah, she obviously forgot about how big babies usually are.
Just wanted to share!

Sure thing! We didn't have games either, and people had a lot of fun filling this out! Please note that a couple of the questions are catered toward my DH and me (we both work in academia).
