Suffolk HO Insurance
Suffolk HO's:
Who do you use for insurance, do they have reasonable rates? Do they have certain storm requirements for your home? We'll be on the south shore by the water.

Re: Suffolk HO Insurance
How close to water? Most companies are not writing within 2500ft of water, therefore making it harder to get insurance.
I can try to help.

Re: Suffolk HO Insurance
It's close, looks like it's less than 2500 ft from the canal but more than 3000 ft from the open bay

Re: Suffolk HO Insurance
Sounds like you'll definitely need flood insurance...someone told us rates obviously vary...from $100 a month to a few hundred a month.
