Stressing out- thoughts?
I had my IUI on Tuesday which was the day I ovulated. ( been monitored the month of June & July). Today I woke up with a bad sore throat. I read online that it means my body is fighting implantation and that its a bad sign. Is this accurate?

Stressing out- thoughts?
Implantation usually takes place around 7dpo. You are only 3dpo which is too early. Try not to look into every little sign, you'll drive yourself crazy. Good luck!

ita and i never heard that and to be honest i feel like a few girls on here had sore throats right before they got a bfp

i wouldnt even be the least bit concerned with this. there are at least 342352 reasons you can have a sore throat... there's no reason to assume it has anything to do with TTC or implantation. you need to find a hobby or something distracting to keep you busy during the 2WW otherwise every minute sign will drive you nuts!!! good luck!!

I never heard of this. And I agree that it's WAY too early for implantation.
I had a cold during my last IUI...and it was my BFP cycle! So I don't think my body fighting the cold had anything to do with it fighting the impending imlantation of my baby.

Thanks ladies!  I know everyone says not to stress out but for some cycles, it's just impossible not to. This is one of those cycles! Only one more week
