spotting at 7 weeks 5 days UPDATE!
please just say a prayer - I'm going to the doc after work.
Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes ladies. They did a sonogram and LO is doing just fine! HB is 172 and it turns out I'm actually exactly 8 weeks.
I do have a very small hemaotma (SP) and was ordered to take it VERY easy for the next few days in order for it to heal. Looks like DH will be busy the next few days

Spotting is very common during pregnancy. I had it throughout the first and second trimester when I was pregnant with DS and everything turned out fine.
I'm having it again, heavier this time, with this pregnancy and I'm in the second trimester.

I spotted around 7 weeks and had a normal U/S. Still spotting now and I know how frustrating/scary it is.
