spotting -- is this normal? and a BD question

Since this is the first time I'm really paying attention to my body and its monthly symptoms, I'm noticing things that I've never noticed before.

I think I either O'd today or I will tomorrow. Well today I noticed that I'm spotting (very little and its a brownish/pinkish color). Is this normal right around O day?

Also...DH and I BD'd the day before yesterday and then again today. What other days are important for us to BD assuming I O'd today? (I'm pretty sure I O'd today because I felt the twinge of pain this morning and I got a +OPK yesterday).

Usually you'll O the day AFTER your +OPK or the day following that.

Once you get a +OPK, I'd suggest BDing that day and the next three days.

Also, ovulation spotting is fairly common!
