Ok, so spotting is normal
But how much is too much? I had the hysteroscopy on Friday morning and the spotting isn't so much spotting, it's like the last few days of AF, with brown staining, consistently for the last 4 days and just isn't going away. I'm STILL wearing a pantyliner because it's so much 
I have my IVF consult today, I suppose I'll mention it then.

the same thing happened to me, I was getting worried when it lasted for 4 days, but I called and they said it was fine. Some people bleed/spot more than others.

I actually had AF like bleeding just from an HSG for a couple of days. I really think all women are different. Some are just more sensitive than others. It couldn't hurt to ask during your consult.
