It is funny how my kids are like night and day. Like an angel and a devil 
Santa told me a story about how common screaming is. He had a 24-year old girl sit on his lap the other day for a picture. He was a little puzzled about it all, and the girl told him that she was, after all that time, getting her a mom a picture of her with Santa without her crying! I thought it was a cute story, and if I have to wait 24 years to get Lauren on Santa's lap without crying, I will

Love it! Ellie hates santa too so we'll see how it goes this year. Last year the "helpers" at the Source Mall were so smart and told me not to turn her around just to hand her to Santa still facing me so she didn't even know she was on his lap til after the pic Ingenious! that's what I'll be doing from now on. Xmas eve was a different story though and she balled hysterically in all our photos!  Tis the season to torture our kids for the sake of memories right?
This is a BRILLIANT idea that I will definitely be doing.
The pic is too funny.
