maybe Lauren is upset because she was promised a turn on Santa's lap but could not find it!

Awww she is adorable though - I noticed last year at the source it seemed like every baby under 3 screamed their heads off when it was their turn. Maybe it is the particular santa they don't like?

Love it! Ellie hates santa too so we'll see how it goes this year. Last year the "helpers" at the Source Mall were so smart and told me not to turn her around just to hand her to Santa still facing me so she didn't even know she was on his lap til after the pic  Ingenious! that's what I'll be doing from now on. Xmas eve was a different story though and she balled hysterically in all our photos! Tis the season to torture our kids for the sake of memories right?
