It happens very fast. I could not believe how
fast it happens. It is over before you know it. I remember
the anestecist (sp?) asking me if I felt anything. I said
not not yet... and he was like good b/c the first
baby is almost here.

The anticipation of it is way worse than the procedure. 
Congrats!
ITA! I had an unplanned C Section and I was a nervous wreck. I only had about 15 mins. to prepare and realize what was going on.
You are going to be FINE!!
I went in thinking...OMGosh, I am meeting my baby within minutes!
