Tomorrow I'm C-Section Bound
Well due to a "crappy" cervix unsuitable for induction (according to my doctor!) and a baby measuring 9 lbs 11 oz I am going in tomorrow for a c-section.
The doctor assures me that this is the best thing for both me and the baby. Even though sono weight estimates can be off +/- one pound he is confident that this is a big baby, too big for me to deliver naturally.
I do agree at this point, being late and all, that the c-section is whats best I am a little disappointed that I'm not going to experience the whole "going into labor" experience.
So sometime tomorrow night by 10:00 PM or so (There are A LOT of inductions and c-sections scheduled for tomorrow), I'll finally be a mom!

good luck! I never went into labor either (and delivered via c-section 2 weeks late, and he was 10lbs 13 oz!  after I heard that I said thank goodness for c-sections! 
and BTW C-section babies have PERFECT round heads

Awww how exciting you must be to know your little one will be in your arms tomorrow!!!

I had to have a C-section with my son because he was measuring at least 9lbs, give or take a lb. and that was 6 days before my due date. They scheduled me on a Friday for a C-section for that Monday and then early Sunday morning I went into labor. Believe me, you're not missing out on the labor part. Boy did it hurt. I think it hurt more because I wasn't expecting it since I was suppose to have a scheduled C-section. But I was in full blown labor within 2 hours of having the first contraction. They were only 30 seconds apart. I'm really glad I had a C-section because my son was born 4 days early at 10lbs 12oz. Just imagine if I would of been late too! Good luck!
Oh... my son didn't have a perfect round head, because even with a c-section, they had to use the plunger to get his head out because it was so big! What did they expect I gave birth to a toddler!
