I seriously believe that if someone can be that cruel to an animal, then they can be equally as cruel to humans and should be considered dangerous.

Breaks my heart - the poor thing!!! The really sad thing is that he will probably never do the 2 years for the crime.
Anytime I watch Animal Precint, they get a small fine and a slap on the wrist. DISGUSTING.

Thats horrible! Did I miss something...the purpose of him starving his dog was bc....?
Did he give any kind of excuse, like financial reasons, disgust with the dog etc...? Or did he just say I am a dirt bag and dont want to take care of it. What a shame! Poor little girl.
