If you O and are not pg, then you will get your period. If you skipped a period, it means you didn't O YET, or have O'ed later than you thought.

I skipped a month once. My job at the time required to work all sorts of crazy hours (sometimes all night), and I think it really affected my cycle. I got my period the next month right on time.
ETA: I saw my doctor who said that it could happen if your body clock is stressed.

i think that is what is it, STRESS my DH has been sick and i think dealing with him being sick has took a toll on me and my body. i just wanted to make sure if i could get PG even if i skipped a month
