Should I test or wait? UPDATE!!!
UPDATE:
i couldn't wait until tomorrow, i just had this gut feeling which is why i started the intuition post i just didn't want to admit to it b/c i thought maybe everyone felt that way their first time...
well i got a faint bfp...
i am re-testing tomorrow!
pray for me 
ETA: if you know me on FB please don't say anything. i don't think anyone would say anything at this point  but just throwing it out there just in case. as far as i know i am in hiding on here and would like to keep it that way for as long as possible. 
My last period was Sept 23rd at night (i would always get it while i was sleeping so you could even say Sept 24th)
My last "period" wasn't technically a period just the withdrawal bleed the week you don't take active bcps - but that was my last bleed.
I never continued a new pack and we  a few times this month...
I predicted to get AF on Oct 21/22 which is about 28 days from the first day of my withdrawal bleed last month. I don't remember my cycle being more than 30 days when I was a teen and I was always regular from what I can remember. I've also been on the pill for 8 years and I know that can mess you up as well as age changing your cycle.
So last night nothing, this morning nothing. I've been a little crampy but I have felt that way the whole month.
More likely than not my period is late because i just stopped bcps last month. I know for a lot of people it takes awhile to get regular cycles again but when I spoke to the doctor she said not to worry about it and from what I read it seems that most people who were regular have a period on time after stopping. On here I've noticed lots of people are messed up after they stop so who knows.
Should I test anyway? I planned on testing tomorrow morning if I can hold out that long I almost don't want to because I have a strong feeling it's going to be negative.
Ugh I was hoping this wouldn't happen. Last week I could sworn AF was coming early and now nothing!

I think in your case it's been a while. I would test.
Normally I'd say to hold out until at least 12dpo...but I think you've passed that point.
Either you are preggo or it's the coming off bcp messing with your cycles.
hopefully you get a darker bfp than i even did!! good luck!!!
oh and you better post those results!!

I would test. I would think if you're pregnant you would have no issues with it showing at this point otherwise being off BCP's is messing with things.

i'm realizing bcps has messed up my cycle this month!
i predicted Oct 5/6 i should have gotten AF (just counted after my last bleeding on bcps) but according to my CM i think i O'd sometime between Oct 5-8th. Today would make 12-14DPO but it also happens to be my CD38! and i've never had such long cycles. i dont think i am pregnant only cause i just figured out this whole charting thing and really understanding the different CMs so i cant be sure we BD at the right time.
Now i'm just waiting for AF, if nothing by sunday then i'll test.

i ve been feeling crampy, if i dont get a bfp, i would be surprised.. i mean, i know it can take a while and i am trying not to amp myself up but i gotta feeling..
if i dont get a bfp, then "on to the next month ,on to the month "

I would test. If you were pregnant, it would detect it by now.
One of the reasons I went on the pill, beside the obvious was to regulate my cycles. Before the pill I was irregular. I was on the pill for 13 years and when I came off it, I had regular cycles ever since. Every 30 days tho.

thanks kim. that is why i want to wait until tomorrow morning. give myself a little more time than just the 28 days - it will be closer to 30 if i wait until tomorrow morning - and who knows maybe AF will show.
i just rather see AF than see a BFN 
DH made me promise not to be disappointed over seeing a bfn if i test - but i think it's hard for him to understand from a woman's pov. he reminded me that it's just our first month, we were just winging it, we knew that my cycles could be off for awhile so that is why we started trying early - and it's all true and he is trying to make me feel better which is sweet but it's hard not to be a little bummed out. i think he thinks i am going be really upset and cry - which i'm not - i just told him i might be a little bummed. so he made me promise not to get really upset and that we have all the time and that it's going to happen - my DH can be really sweet and he was trying to prepare me i guess but now i feel like i have pressure on me to NOT have any reaction over a negative result. so him being sweet actually stressed me out somehow
what is wrong with us women?!?

sooo i am going to advice you to wait a few more days if u can.
i caved and tested last night at 12dpo after trying so hard to wait. I got BFN and even though i know I am still not out yet, I am so bummed. I was in a crappy mood all last night and still am today. It just sucks seeing the BFN so if you can wait as long as possible I would definitely advise that!!

Test!!! My cycle became regular right away after coming off the pill. I got pregnant 2 months later. Your body may not even need to regulate itself. You could be regular already and not realize yet!!!
A HPT would pick up a BFP by now!

i'm going to test tomorrow morning if still no AF by then...
i feel crampy on and off like i might get AF but i've pretty much felt like this all month so who knows...
i will update tomorrow...enjoy the weekend girls!

TEST. I turned out to be pretty darn regular after 15 yrs of bcp, and got pg the 2nd month. BFP on only 8 DPO. Do it ! Do it! good luck~
