I have no problem with it at all. But I feel that they should be completely nude, not just topless because then what's really changing for the men? You can look at it two ways - either it only benefits the men (because they now get to look at nekkid boobies) or it doesn't benefit the men because they already get to walk around "topless" and still don't get the benefit of being able to shed an extra piece of swimsuit.

When's the last time anyone has been to the nude beach at Robert Moses?
I'm seeing the people on Sunday who used to sunbathe nude there, and I'm sure they'd want to know if it was still a nude beach.

I really don't care either way because usually the nude beaches are seperate from the non-nude beaches. When talking a walk at Robert Moses you run the risk of walking onto the nude beach... again that's fine, usually it's done on purpose because it's good for a laugh.... HOWEVER... I have a serious issue with families on a naked beach who have their 9, 10, 11 year old daughter/son on the beach naked with them... IMHO I find that kind of wierd.  Am I alone on this???

i don't see a problem with it
and yes, we do have them already. there is a section of smith point beach that if you walk far enough west, it is a designated nude bathing area. it's no big deal

I don't see the problem with it.
Robert Moses does have a nude beach section. I went there YEARS ago with my ex and layed out topless for like 5 minutes...got too embarassed and covered up.

The last time I sunned almost-nude, I got the worst sunburn of my life. That alone would prevent me from going to these beaches.
As far as the kid issue, I thought of that too. If I was a parent, I might be worried about sex predators who would get off at seing that.

I know someone who used to go to a section of beach somewhere near the Fire Island lighthouse where nudies would go. I think we already have them... somewhere.
I don't see any problem with it. If you don't like it, you don't go.

It just seems so much more tasteful in Europe. People do it because it's "the norm" not because they want to show off their ta ta's.

Anyway, nude beaches are not my cup of tea, but to each his own... I could care less if nude beaches exist or not, I know I won't be visiting them!

My STBX didn't believe that there was nude beaches on F.I. so we took a trip over there to show him how the other half lives. I thought I would die when he screamed out loud "OMG! THAT GUY IS NAKED!!!" at the first nudist he saw! After awhile, it doesn't phase you. I even participated (top off) Hey, when in Rome ....

This is how it is in Jamaica. Not all the beaches are nude they have the nude beach separate.

Sure, why not?
The big issues for me are the local ones... is it secluded, so that unknowing parents and little kids don't stumble upon full frontal nudity? Would adding a nude beach take away prime space from families and the larger public (as in, would the secluded part of the beach they'd section off a s a nude area be taking away too large a portion of the beach from mainstream beachers)

should ALL beaches be nude? hell no. people should not be subjected to that unless they want to be. and people should not have to not go to a beach anymore, because they aren't comfortable being around that. i think that it's fine the way it is now... there are some out there, and if you want to go, you can, if not, don't.
personally, it's not my cup of tea but to each their own. i guess i'm very conservative when it comes to that.
