My lines were SUPER faint as well at first - I actually wouldn't even GET a line in the mornings, I only got them in the afternoons (I was a freak and tested like every 3 hours    )
I got my first light line on a Saturday afternoon and didn't test positive on a digital until Monday evening.
If the faint line is showing up within 3 minutes, I'd say that congratulations are in order!

digitals just are not as sensitive! if you are seeing a line before the 10 minutes are up you are pregnant!! congrats!
