Registry question- not sure what to do (poll)

OK so i had always wanted to reg at BBB. However, after some research, i found the prices at BRU to be better. Then add that there are more BRU locations and there is a BRU closer to ME than there is a BBB. SO, i went w/ BRU.
Shower invites are made and they say "registered at BRU" HOWEVER- now i think i want to add some things to a BBB reg.

So... do you think its dumb to add BBB reg cards to the invitations and write on them "Michele is also reg at BBB"?

Thoughts?

ETA: the poll is supposed to say "reg card", not "red card"

how much stuff are you looking to register for at BBB. The only reason I ask, I have noticed since my shower invites went out, that a lot of people are not shopping at BBB since I don't have a lot of items (maybe 15). The majority of the items coming off my registry are from BRU where I have about 135 items. I think people do tend to go with the "higher" volume registry bc they can pick & choose a little better.

My plan is after my shower, I will re-evulate what is left on both registries & buy the bare essentials for the beginning.

we registered at both. right now i have 2 crib sets..one at each. we haven't decided which one we like best. But i think i like the Peyton set and glider from BBB.

i figured people would shop where its most convenient and affordable.

If there is stuff you like at BBB, add the card and hope for the best.

I went through this myself. It is true that they are much higher so you need to think that people might not even go there to begin with that and there isn't a lot of them around anyway. I personally would just leave it be. If you really want them in there I don't think it will look dumb I just hope it doesn't confuse a lot of people who see one thing on the invite and then a reg card from somewhere else. I know you will write "Michele is also reg at BBB" but I just think it will still cause some confustion. I'm sure you will get some money gifts that you can use at BBB.

My bigger registry is at bru and I have about 11 items at bbb(bedding, stroller, infant seat, snap and go and the high chair) because i liked the patterns better. I decided not to put this on my registry b/c all of them are claimed by my mom, mil and my friend except the high chair which i told my mil if someone mentions it she can tell them it is there...i felt bad to put it in the invite b/c i didn't want someone to go there print it out and see so few and higher priced items. So I guess I would it depends on the items you have on there. If they are moderately priced I would stick the card in the invitiation.

I would stick with BRU since you already made up the invites.
