reflux and crib
Right now I have her in a rock n play but was thinking about soon putting in crib... what do u use in crib to elevate ur lo?? Doc said books or form... friend said store sells a wedge but I looked it up n it doesn't look like it elevates high enough....
Alsohow long did u keep baby in rock n play??

I used a rolled up towel underneath the mattress. Worked great.

Roll towels and place under mattress to elevate. I kept my kids in the rock and play until about 4 months. Then started by transitioning with naps only at first.

I kept my dd in the rnp until 6 months then put her in crib. She outgrew the reflux at that point and was ok sleeping flat.

my 4.5 month old is still in his rock n play. I have tried to start the transition with naps in crib but he is NOT having it. I am gonna keep trying with naps on the weekend when I am home with him. Hoping to have him settled in the crib before he can sit up and can't use the rnp anymore so i guess between 5-6 months?

My DD was and is little. She was in the RnP until almost 8 months. She was only about 14/15 pounds

I folded the comforter that came with the bedding and put it under the crib mattress. Worked perfect! We put LO in the crib around 7 weeks I think and fully retired the RnP around 4-5 months when LO was sitting up in it.
