Under crib mattress wedge-reflux
My DD would wiggl and slide down and eventually wind up flat. I borrowed a rock and play from a friend and it was a LIFESAVER! ! I would recommend it to anyone!

Re: Under crib mattress wedge-reflux
we used it when our 2nd ds was young. worked great. I still use it on occasion when he's stuffy or sick and hes 3yo!
Its pretty inexpensive so worth trying IMO.
PS I will say the only thing the really provided relief was medication. Good Luck!

I had the same experience with the wedge. The rock and play sleeper was the best though. Also feed her in a sitting position and keep her upright after bottles.

Re: Under crib mattress wedge-reflux
DS slept in his swing a lot when he had reflux issues. Or, when we put him in his crib, we just rolled up 2 towels under the mattress to make it inclined. Eventually we took 1 towel out and then both.

Re: Under crib mattress wedge-reflux
we put our backyard pavers on one side of the bed to make an incline and used a wedge, then we rolled a thick beach towel up and made it into a U shape and kept it under the fitted sheet. At night we'd place her butt in the U shape so she wouldn't slide down the bed. HTH

I kept DS in the Rock N Play until he was 4.5 months. When I transitioned to crib, I tried the wedge. He just slid right down. I tried to see how it would go with him flat and it was alright -- but he was older. If you have to keep the baby in the crib maybe you can elevate the actual legs on one side with something sturdy?
