I also wish they would get to the point of Bran's dream of the 3 eyed crow. It's been 3 seasons already! Lol I'm also interested to see who that kid is (little boy from Love Actually) and why he appeared in his dream before he even met him.
Well. It's not till book five that you REALLY know what the crow is about, but I thought they explained Jojen appearing in his dreams already. I could be wrong, like I said, I read all the books, so I could be mixing them up.

This is my favorite of the books....I'm loving this season! I love how you can hate certain characters in one scene and then feel badly for them in the next..... I really like how they're portraying Joffrey in the show also....seems to be a lot more development than the books...and he really really looks like an ass!

If they explained it I missed it. I swear I have to watch each episode no less than 2 times to fully understand what's going on.

You'll have to wait for the full understanding of the crow but you now know that Bran is a "Worg". Which is a person that can enter the bodies of animals. Remember when they were up with the wildlings and the guy was sitting there, with the eagle flying overhead? He's a Worg too. Bran can enter the body of his wolf in his dreams. Jojen Reed (the boy from Love Actually and I'm so glad someone else recognized him too!) was the one to tell him that.
Bittersweet, that Bran can't walk but in his dreams he can run with the wolves.

By the way, I thoroughly enjoy helping anyone who has questions because I don't know anyone in my normal life that watches or wants to know these details!
I did read the books but I promise to do my best not to divulge any details from them that have not been revealed yet or talk about how the show differs, on the remote chance that the things that don't appear in the book do appear in the show later on.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this series!
Anyway...you know who really confuses me....Margorie. I get she's totally playing Joffrey. But what is her angle with Sansa? I can't figure that one out at all!
BTW - I freakin LOVE Margorie's grandma. That woman's hysterical!
I think Margaery cozying up to Sansa has to do with the Tyrells getting "in" with the north and Winterfell. As of now, everyone assumes Bran and Rickon are dead and Arya is missing so its just Robb and Sansa left. The Tyrells are playing "The Game of Thrones" and looking to keep themselves in good standing no matter who comes out victorious here. Hence, suggesting Sansa marry Loras.
And ITA- Olenna Tyrell is the BEST!!! I love the way they're playing her character too. She was definitely one of my favs from the books.

You're right... Everyone thinks Sansa will be heir to Winterfell (even if it is in ruins) if Robb isn't successful in his war because she's the eldest daughter so they want to marry into that family.
Besides, Sansa is sweet on Loras. He's the one who walked her to the garden for her tea with the Tyrell ladies. And she's easily manipulated.

Ah ha!!! YES! That def makes sense now! I remember she likes Loras back from season 1 at the jousting thing. I like Sansa but she's a complete idiot! Poor girl needs a little guidance in life! lol

Me too At the end of every episode i turn to DH and we discuss what the episode meant since i've read all the books and he hasn't. So i make sure he's getting it all! I'll even stop the show during the episode to make sure he caught some little fact they mention because i know it will be important later. There are so many details that the show will barely touch upon, yet are crucial points to the story line so I'm glad that i'm getting a chance to watch it all and catch what i missed while reading it!

LOL I totally do that too. Sometimes he asks me questions, and sometimes he turns around and goes "You're not going to do this throughout the entire show are you?..." hehehe

Games of Thrones...anyone?
I love this show and the past two episodes have been amazing! I LOVE Dany and the way they ended this weeks episode. I can't wait to see her kick some butt. Sunday nights are my favorite night of the week.

Re: Games of Thrones...anyone?
I got so tired of talking about other shows where I hadn't read the books and other people constantly telling me things, starting off with "Well IN THE BOOKS here's what happened..." It was irritating to me. I really try not to do that and wait until other people seem confused or whatnot before I say anything. Except with my husband. But he read the books so I say "Do you remember this?"
