I let them sit and do what they have to do. If there is anything gross in or on the toilet I choose another stall.
Same here. And I make sure she washes her hands well when she's done.

I have worried abot public bathrooms since my twins were 6 months old I swear its one of the reasons why I'm not rushing potty training!!
