i take mine religiously, but then again, im carrying twins and they need double the nourishment.


the only time i dont take them is if i am staying away from home and forget to pack them.

I take them everyday. I have missed one or 2 here and there. I started putting them right next to my bed and I take them before I go to sleep at night so that I remember to take them. I am also on calcium and vitamin D so I put those with my prenatals as well to remind myself to take them!

I probably miss about 1 pill a week.... it's usually because I can't take mine with water-- there is just such a gross after taste, so I wait to take it with juice or something like that... which leads me to forgetting.

i try to take them every day with my breakfast, but sometimes I forget whether or not I took it, and on those days i just skip (i rather skip a day than take a double dose!)

I sometimes forget.

I ran out at one point and didn't take them for about 2 weeks.

im usually bad with these things but i take my prenatal + dha every night before i go to bed. i have my routine, my prenatals with water adn then i go put on my lotion on my belly thighs and bust lol.
