Prenatal Vitamins Question
So last night, I couldn't remember if I took my prenatal vitamin before bed--I thought I did, but I took it "again" just in case. In the future, is it better to accidentally take two or forget it that day?

I would have just waited if it were me - but it's only one day so I think you're OK either way! If you doubled up a few days in a row, I think that would be concerning, but I don't think just one day is going to do any harm!

because of the extra Iron in the vitamins i would think its safer to forget a day then to take two.
