Prenatal Vent
ummm.....hello!!!! I though these vitamins were going to give me beautiful long strong nails and glossy thick hair & clear beautiful skin.
Yeah.....nails sort and brittle as ever, hair....FALLING OUT (thanks).....and skin, I look like I'm 13 yrs old again!!! Oh and my absolute favorite.......I have had the WORST gas.....FML!

thats what i thought too! quick question do you know type of blood type you are? i know that sounds weird but i read somewhere a while ago when i was tryng to grow my hair to take biotien vitamines, but then i heard if you A+ blood type it wont help...and i have A+ blood type juste thought maybe there was some connection to that..dont know if its true or not

hmmmmm I was also hoping for great hair and nails! my hair is growing incredibly fast and is so silky now that bobby pins fall out if I dont use hairspray on them.  my nails dont seem to be any better, although I bite.
I have been breaking out a lot more than usual though! I usually get one pimple when AF comes and this month I got 5!

As long as I don't have nail polish on my nails they stay strong with the vitamins. My nails have always been weak and short. But as soon as I put nail polish on them they are weak. My hair I haven't noticed anything different.

I would try switching Prenatals. Try and find a formula that has a gentle stool softener in it, it will help with the gas. As for the hair and nails, I never saw an improvement in either from taking them
