prenatal - empire ins
hey all. does anyone know of a prenatal that empire covers thats not too expensive? i started nestabs (from my gyn) but they are pretty expensive.

prenatal - empire ins
With my first I was on vitafol one and it was something like $30 for a month's supply with empire/nyship. After the first few months I switched to target brand and a seperate DHA and my OB was fine with that. Been using the same this pregnancy. I think they're under $5 a bottle OTC.

I take Women's One a Day with DHA. Or the CVS brand.

With my first I used Target brand.. they were the only ones that didn't hurt my stomach. Doctor said they were just as good as any other ones.
