Anyone have Suffolk County ins (empire)?
I called and got the basics of the infertility coverage but i wanted to know if each visit is a co-pay? If i had to go back for frequent sonos or bloodwork -- is there a co-pay for each visit?

Do you mean the Empire Plan for Suffolk Co. employees? If you go to a Center of Excellence you have no copays. We received a list of those centers with our infertility benefits.

The Suffolk plan is Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, which is totally different than the Empire plan. I don't believe there is Centers of excellence with this plan.

My mistake. My DH probably falls under NYS even though he works in Suffolk.
