However, this is your time to go through some hard stuff, which will make you appreciate even more when the great stuff comes along.

I felt exactly the way you did when i was 28 (I am 31 now). I had just called off my wedding, I hated my job, i felt completely alone and none of my friends or family were very supportive at the time. It was awful. BUT - then I started dating my now husband, and everything fell into place. I have been so happy for the past two years i cant even begin to describe it. i went from thinking i could never be truely happy again to feeling better than i ever have! So - don't lose hope it will get better!
Things that i found helpful were exercise and eating healthy, avoiding alcohol, a good therapist, and trying to keep myself busy with fun activities. Hang in there and it will get better!

Aww Mich, I know how you feel..I've been there too...you have to have faith that God never gives you more than you can handle..believe in the power of positive thinking..things of all the GOOD things in life...it literally helps me just to go outside and breathe fresh air, get a cup of coffee, call a friend...surround myself with good things. Feel better
