Poof, I dont exist

Thats exactly how I feel..like I just dont want to exist anymore..not in the Im going to slit my wrist kind of way but just in the way that things in life could be worse but they could eb soooo much better.. I am so depressed and unhappy and just everything is adding stress in my life. I sometimes feel like I will never be truly happy again, and as much as I love the boards it is also sometimes verry hard...I try so hard to live my life the best I can and its constantly 1 step fwd, 10 steps back...why si it so hard in life to find pple who treat you with love and respect instead of constantly kncoking u down and it makes me not even want to try anymore

I just feel like my life is constant downs and the moment something nice or good happens it slowly turns bad somehow therefore i try nto to enjoy the happy moment b/c i kno its fleeting..

i just feel very alone and it sucks

I know how you feel and I know its easier said than done to think of all the good things you have in your life. Thats what I focus on when I am am down.

Oh, Michelle, I wish I could just poof! you into the future where you could look back on your situation and say, wow, my life is so much better now.

However, this is your time to go through some hard stuff, which will make you appreciate even more when the great stuff comes along.

It's hard to say this, since I am going through a horrible time now too, but just know that one day you will look back and think "Oh that..... yea I got through it". Things are hard now, but they WILL get better in time. We are all here for you!!!!

Sweetie, I wish I had some magic words to fix things. It sounds like you're going through a really tough time. Try to keep in mind that you're a strong, intelligent, beautiful woman and though it might not seem like it, you will get through this.

I wish there was something I could say that would make you feel 100000% better, but I know that you don't know me better than you know a hole in the wall. Just know that in time it will get better. We are all here for you any time you need us. You will get through the tough times and the rewards in time will be worth it!

Don't let your current mood/state of mind worry you too much ... when I was in similar situations, sometimes I needed to be really sad & depressed (you know, within reason) before I could get over it all and move on with a better perspective!

Sometimes I just need to cry myself out of a funk!!
