Re: Please tell me things are okay
When I was 6 weeks along, my MIL passed away. It was such a shock and I was so upset for DH that I was hysterical. The day after I found out , I started to spot . I FREAKED out and became more stressed that I was losing my , in addition to everything that happened with MIL.
I just started my 3rd trimester , and everything with my
is great. You will be ok too, just try and take a deep breath and take care of yourself!

Re: Please tell me things are okay
Right when I found out I was pregnant my father went into the hospital and had to have his leg amputated. A few months later, still while in the first trimester, he passed away.
I don't think I've ever been so upset, devastated, mournful and stressed as I was those few months, but the little latke in me hung on strong. My docs reassured me that these little ones aren't phased by stressed - so cry away. Really, the most important thing is to just let yourself feel the emotions and not hold back

Re: Please tell me things are okay
Trust me, they are fine. My cousin passed away when I was 12 weeks pregnant. My doctor didn't want me to go to the services for her because I was having a hard time dealing with it- but I had to go. My baby was fine and is still going strong at almost 28 weeks.

Re: Please tell me things are okay
I was extremely stressed the first few months due to my new job and working late and other things. I honestly felt the same way you do, and here I am 16 weeks in and everything is perfect! Its pretty amazing what the baby can endure!

Your babies are fine
When I was pregnant with DD I as having major anxiety attacks where I could not sleep for days and my heart would race above 150bpm. While I would not recommend that to anyone my DD is a happy, healthy and incredibly bright toddler.
