I know its rough to slow down but for the sake of the baby u need to do what u gotta do.
Believe me, I was told no nothing from 7 week and still nothing cuz of the bleeding that started out of the blue.
Ultimately, the baby's health and u being healthy is what matters right now!

In the event of bed rest, I'd only get 6 weeks (8 if C-section) of mat leave..
You don't have the option of going on paid short term disability if your doctor prescribes the bed rest and it’s a medical necessity? Maybe you can talk to your HR department to see what your options are.

you are not on bed rest so don't panic.... ifyou just do what the doctor says, i am sur eit will all work out!!! no bed rest will be needed.

Awww I'm so sorry! I know you're super active, and that's really awesome, I admire you a lot since I've basically done nothing but sit on my azz for the past month and a half...but definitely heed the doctors orders and take it easy! Make DH do the cooking and cleaning, and just kick back and relax. Hopefully that will be enough to keep everything at bay enough that you don't need bed rest
