i had a c section and got the OK at 5 weeks and felt fine

About 12 weeks after with DD#1. I was verrry sore for awhile and was way too nervous.

I got the go ahead at 6 weeks but didnt do it for 3 to 4 months.

after baby#1- 4 months
After baby#2- 9 days
After baby#3- 11 days
After baby#4- 13 days

All vaginal births.

I think i got the ok at 4 months...but I am a very special case, I had a horrible recovery...VERY bad tearing and 18 months after DD has been born I am still in pain Chat Icon

my doc released me at 2 weeks. i had a c section. we dtd the day he released me lol

I waited until my 6 week check up, which was actually a few days before I was actually 6 weeks PP.

I felt ready before the 6 weeks and I really wasn't sore after a week or so...but I had an odd pulling sensation down there so I was slightly concerned.

Turns out a few of my stitches didn't dissolve so they had to be removed at my appointment. Then I felt 100%.

DH said it felt totally the same, we used lots of lube and it wasn't painful for me, I just didn't think it felt the same...4.5 months PP, I'm still not convinced "things" are the same Chat Icon
