At 42, the mother of three (twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 5, and Henry, 2) is celebrating her fourth turn as the cover girl for PEOPLE's Most Beautiful. While the star of the upcoming film Eat, Pray, Love is as lovely as ever, old pal George Clooney says he knows her secret. "It has nothing to do with the way she looks," he says. You look healthy now."

KEVIN MCKIDD and Katie Perry looks awful in their photo. Kind of scary! 
Also, not a fan of Robert Pattinson. THen again I'm not into the Vampire movies

Do people find Zoe Saldana attractive? I don't at all--and she has been everywhere lately.
Of course, with Justin Bieber & Katy Perry, and random guy from an Old Spice commercial on this list, I guess we can overlook her.
Also, Kevin McKidd looks awful in this picture. Is he really a redhead? He was blond on Journeyman & soooo much more attractive!

Amanda Seyfried looks terrible! SHe is such a beauty and looks bad here.. she needs more makeup.
Rob Pattinson...  not my fav pic of him but I still think he looks much better as a vampire... they should have had him as Edward for this shoot.
Justin Bieber??? Give me a break. He is such a little twirp. I thought you had to go through puberty to make this list.
