I throw everything away. I work with someone who is a total packrat and it drives me crazy!!! She saves everything like little scraps of paper.

I save things but not overly excessive. I swear on my life - my ILs house looks like a huge garage sale. I can't stay there for long periods of time because it drives me crazy. They have more junk then anyone I've ever known. How I would love to get in that house with a pair of gloves and some garbage bags and get rid of everything!

this is the only thing DH and i argue about! i tend to be in the middle- i know when to save stuff and i know when to throw it out. BUT, DH holds on to EVERYTHING!!! it drives me nuts!! he still has almost 3 closets full of stuff at his parents house!!!  that in addtion to the stuff he has at our house, and in our garage ( hes a "car and tool" guy)

I am truly a packrat. I still have notes from HS, I still have all of notebooks from college, I am a mess.
3 moves in 2 years has made me learn to throw things out. My DH is not a fan of trinkets
