opnion needed on venue setup
We saw a place we liked for dd2's first birthday, but the private room is upstairs and there is no elevator. They do have a chairlift. There's maybe three people that would need this. Do you think this is okay, or should we pass? We can't find another place we like for the size party and price (hence my other post asking for suggestions!).

No I say it's fine! My baby shower is the same way- upstairs but has a chair lift

Personally, I'd pass. I would not want any of my guests to feel uncomfortable or burdensome.

I would pass if you have elderly people or people with small babies that will be in a stroller. It's a PITA to carry a stroller upstairs.

Thanks for the points. Been thinking about stroller and even getting gifts back down. We are looking into their places.
