OPKs and temping....
Do you usually do one or the other per cycle? Would doing both make sense or be overkill?

I think its worth it to do both... opks only tell you that you will O... temping tells you when you did O... its more accurate counting DPO if you temp...

I do both! i find it very reassuring...its kinda like a check and balances type thing. OPKs are not always true and only tell you that you are about to O. While temps will clearly show if you O'd (assuming no other medical issues)
