OPK testing & not drinking
I usually test w/ FMU and have always gotten a :0). This month, I decided to test in the afternoon or pm.
What I dont understand is why can't you drink anything 4 hrs b/f hand? Is it so you dont have to go potty sooner or can what you drink interfere w/the test?

Liquids will dilute your urine. I think this is why.
