OPK Testing
Not that we are TTC yet, but I'm trying to learn my cycle. What day should you start testing with the OPK? I'm CD10 and thought about it today, is it too late?

CD 10 is a good time if you don't know how long your average cycles are.
Hold in your urine for 4 hours, then use the OPK in the afternoon!

If you usually look on the included pamphlet it will tell you when, according to your cycle to start testing. I also found out its better to test in the afternoon/ evening instead of the FMU.. GL
