Week 1:
Down 4.2 pounds!!!! I am sooooo excited. I feel so great about everything. And that was without getting back to the gym, which I will be doing tomorrow night.

Lost 1.8 pounds for a total of 6 pounds on weight watchers and 9 pound in 3 weeks (I started a diet right before I joined).

So I finally got the scale to move again...I'm down 1 pound bringing my grand total to 16 pounds....9 more to hit my goal weight! Keep up the good work everyone!
