Still Lifetime member, weighed in today
(ususally weigh in on Thurs)
up 1.6pds
but still within my goal weight.
Funny is that yesterday I should of weighed in and didnt (was busy) but I did at home with my WW scale and I was less than the 1.6.from today... argh!
It was my dinner last nite that didnt help.
Anyways........
Everyone is doing well. Keep up the good work!

I haven't posted in like a month but I am down 7.4 since I came back. And a total of 36.4 since my very first WW weigh in.
Lately I have been drinking a ton of water and incorporating exercise 5-6 days a week. It seems to be helping tremendeously.

I gained .3 this week but I am happy because it could have been a lot worse. I wasn't too good last weekend.
I am going to make sure that I lose that and then some next week.

I was up 1.6 on Saturday. I hadn't been to a weigh in in almost a month but I finally found a meeting time that should work so that I can get there regularly.
I was hoping to have been the same but I'm OK with my gain. I'll get it off next week.
