I am so ready to throw in the towel this week. I am just within healthy range now and am wondering if I can lose the last 10 as I planned.  Hopefully, I can prove myself wrong and power through this this week.

The past month has been hard, I kept gaining and losing the same 2 lbs for the past 5 weeks..... I FINALLY broke out of that yoyo this week.
DH, DS and I were all sick and that completely threw me off my exercise schedule. And now that the days are getting shorter (in terms of daylight both in the morning and the evening) and the cold weather I can't seem to get out to run much anymore. So I am going to start doing videos.

I was a HUGE slacker for the week. I didn't work out and at a LOT. 
I KNEW I was going to gain and went to weigh and it was +2.4
SO I am back on track this week. I was mad at myself, but hey lesson learned

THANK YOU!! I think this is my biggest weight loss week to date on WW!! Granted I didn't weigh in last week because I was away on my normal weigh in day.. but I was sooo happy about it this weekend!!
