so after a rough week last week( I think i can no longer tollerate dairy products) I had a better week...
-1.6 total 50.2 I got my 50lb key chain weight

No weigh in for me this week. There is no meeting tomorrow And I think I would hit minus 50, so I can't go to just any old meeting. I have to celebrate with my peeps they would be so disappointed if I didn't and it just wouldn't be the same for me, either.
Thank you!! And I totally agree!! You have to get it in your regular meeting. 50 is a huge milestone. So excited for you!!

pffffft. I think I'm the only gainer on this thread. I'm up, yes, up 0.4 this week. Total loss is back down to something like 15.1.
I planned a core day for myself, but the first thing I've eaten today, deli oatmeal, tastes like it may have cream in it.

thanks for the encouragement.. it took 9 months of meetings.. my mom joined with me and she also hit the 50lb mark last week too....
weight watchers has just been overall such a positive experience. After my 2 m/c last year I thought i would try WW again for like 3 months, somehow it actually stuck to me(unlike the 3 or 4 past times I joined WW) and im on a mission for goal now which is about 35lbs away

Only 4.2 pounds until I get to -50. My goal is to get there before my one year WW anniversary on April 28th. That is around 1 pound a week. I think I can do it!

See all that freaking out was for northing  Trust the program - when you are on plan it will show!!! You can totally do it Kim!!!! I can't wait!!!
I am up .2 this week. I am happy with that though with everything that has been going on!
This week I am going back to flex for a week so I can point everything out and make sure I am doing things right. I need a change!!
